Clearview

Located on Charleston Harbor, the established community of Clearview features homes built in the 1960’s through the 1980’s. While most of the community’s homes are brick ranchers, there are a few homes with Hardiplank and vinyl siding. Many homes within the Clearview community boast magnificent views of Ravenel Bridge and The Battery. With downtown Charleston located just seven miles away, Clearview provides residents with easy access to all of the area’s amenities. The beach is nine miles away, while Sunrise Park is within walking distance. Here, residents can enjoy use of the beach area, fishing dock and picnic area. The Bayview Soccer Complex and the James Island Recreation Complex are both less than two miles away from the community.
